Join martial arts expert and physical trainer Justin Downs for this class teaching self-defense techniques. Includes awareness of a person’s physical reaction to an attack, how to assess and control the situation, and how a person of any size and fitness level can defend oneself and be safe. For your best experience, register with a partner you know and trust. For adults and also youth aged 8-17 partnered with a registered parent/guardian who also signs a minor release. Please come 15 minutes early if attending with a minor to sign the release.
