CourseGraphic Annual refresher instruction designed to train and recertify persons employed in MSHA Part 46 and or 48b industries. This includes all miners employed in MSHA Part 46 industries surface mines such as sand, gravel, and surface limestone mines and includes construction workers and independent contractors working on mine sites as well. Refresher classes are not comprehensive in scope. It is assumed participants meet the MSHA definition of an experienced miner.
