ID : 2600
« back to classes page
Want to learn how to create an opening for a short story that will grab the reader’s attention and entice them to read the rest of the story?  Published author Chrystal Berche will show you how to craft the setting and tone of a short story by using word economy, build off the opening to create a heightened sense of tension and drama and bring the story to a well fleshed-out conclusion.  Writing exercises throughout the workshop will build each section of the story to complete a full first draft by class end.  Limit 20 students.
