Join us in a gentle approach to improve flexibility, strength, balance and mindfulness. Exercise will consist of age modified yoga which is easy on the muscles and joints. Each class concludes with a progressive muscle relaxation and meditation class.
Please bring a yoga mat, towel, and rubber soled non-slip shoes.
