Teams are constantly at various stages of readiness to respond to change. Engaging those who can help make the change happen is critical to making the transition successful. This session will examine action steps leaders can take now, and in the future, to recognize the team's current state and the steps required to move a team to the desired future state.
While change is inevitable, leaders will be able to apply learning to help prepare a team through daily communication, coaching, and planning to support champions and team preparedness. Focus will be on creating the case for change and best ways to involve others in the process.
