This course will help participants harness the power of self-suggestion and provide tools and techniques for decreasing stress, increasing relaxation and creating healthy habits for long-term health benefits. Students will learn how to recognize stress triggers, perform self-hypnosis and utilize multiple stress reduction tools to improve well-being.
