Mindfulness is a way of learning to relate directly to whatever is happening in one’s life, a way of taking charge of your life – consciously and systematically working with your own stress and the challenges and demands of everyday life. It assists one in learning to live life as a living, loving arm form vs just being a pawn thereof. Guided instruction in mindfulness meditation practices; gentle stretching & mindfulness movement; gentle dialogue & discussions aimed at enhancing awareness in everyday life.
Mason City Tai Chi & Wellness Center is located at 11 East State St. in Mason City (downtown near Southbridge Mall). Please wear socks or bring a pair of clean shoes to wear inside the Center. Please note there will be no class on March 27 as listed in the Spring Bulletin. Instead, the last session will take place on April 3.
