Are you interested in learning more cheese making skills? From middle school age to adults, prior knowledge is helpful but not necessary to learn how to make several different kinds of mozzarella, different ways of stretching the cheese and how to brine it. We will also make ricotta cheese. Bring a clean pair of rubber cleaning gloves for working with the stretching of the hot cheese and two 1 gallon bags or containers to take your cheese home in.
