Do you know the best way to present information in a grant proposal? Do you want to learn the fine points that can be the difference between getting funded or rejected? Lisa Jahn’s Advanced Grant Writing class will provide advanced training and extensive individual feedback to help you write better grant applications.  Topics include strategic placement of information, problem statements, budgets and budget narratives, and sustainability. And you’ll gain a full understanding of funding models and funders’ criteria. You will learn about corporate, foundation, and government grant makers, and also the importance of collaboration and obtaining community and political support before submitting a proposal.  Please bring laptop/tablet and sack lunch.
