This 3-part course, led by a medical weight loss nurse practitioner and registered dietitian, will help students of all ages gain knowledge & tools to implement healthy lifestyle changes. The course will provide insight into evidence-based approaches to help you realistically improve your health for your lifetime. Students will learn the difference between effective weight loss methods & fads. The class will feature a grocery store tour & tips to accommodate real-world scenarios related to diet & exercise.
