ID : 5265
« back to classes page
This grant writing workshop is a great opportunity for new and experienced grant writers to learn research, writing and funding strategies gathered from a hands-on professional. You will exchange ideas with others with the same goal of winning a grant. You will see examples of funded grants and learn how to find them. You will learn how to plan for the grant writing process and get the funder's attention to your cause. Additionally, we will go through organization; funding plans; and ideas to compliment grant funding with fundraising campaigns (brochures, letters, social media) to sustain your nonprofit. Whether you have written dozens of grants or are new to the field, you will expand your knowledge and improve your skills in this workshop. Please bring a lap top and a bag lunch.
