Would you like to be more adventurous when cooking with fresh herbs? If you are just starting to use fresh herbs in your cooking or need some new ideas, this course will lead you in the right direction. In this hands-on course, you will create your own salt and salt-less herb blends, herb butter, and turkey or chicken brine. You will learn to create herb salsas and freeze for future meals and recipes. Please bring a cutting board and a good knife. Supply cost is included in tuition. Ages 16 and up.
