Open yourself to the healthy mind and body benefits that Yoga provides. Steve Buchanan, RYT certified Yoga instructor leads the class, focusing on stretching, alignment, strength building, mindfulness and balance. This is a great way to learn the basic poses, still the mind from a hectic world, and provide deep relaxation to the body and balance in your life. No yoga experience is necessary, but is welcomed. We will start building a foundation on the first night, introducing poses and yoga concepts and build from there to help you build your home yoga practice. Please use an excercise or yoga mat and dress in layers that allow body movement. We will not meet Mon. This will be an on-line class for all 6 sessions.
