Mindfulness is a way of learning to relate directly to whatever is happenuing in one's life - consciously and systematically working with your own stress and the challenges and demands of everyday life. It assists one in learning to live life as a licving, loving arm for mversus just bein a pawn therof. This six-session class offers guided instruction in mindfulness meditation practives; gentle stretching and mindfulness movement; gentle dialogue and discussions aimed at nehancing awareness in everyday life.
